I just took a workshop in Seattle with sound healer Tom Kenyan. So picture this. You are sitting in an audience of people just like you. Grounded in your chair, you close your eyes. imagine a sound like a whale, or an angel, or a crashing bolt of lighting, all coming from the voice of one man.

And your heart opens, your mind expands, your brain empties into nothingness, or everythingness. Wow, it is surreal. I am still trying to figure out what it all means in my life. But as Tom would say, it is not to “figure out” what it all means. Rather, the gift of life is to experience what is happening at this moment and let go of the mind.

Let Your Focus on November Kick-Start a New 2014

So what can you do now to inspire a new path in 2014? This would be a great time to take a class, read a book that inspires you, start a cleanse or do something that you have always wanted to do, but never had the nerve. The energy is out there, you just need to open, receive and participate!
