Your September Guide to Transformation ~ Harnessing the Power of ‘9’
It’s September, the month of the transcendent number 9. High temperatures have finally started to cool down… at least weather-wise. Emotionally, perhaps a different story. The energy of the 9 can help us tone down our busy, reactive minds during this rather tumultuous time on our planet. We need to connect, like the branches on my painting of this tree, each individually dancing together.
Nine teaches us to reflect on the bigger picture—divine wisdom. It is the journey of completion and transformation, returning to the source. This month asks us to release old stories and prepare for a brand new beginning.
2025 is a Global 9-Year
This year (2+0+2+5 = 9) is all about the final act. We talked about it in January’s issue, which you can read here: https://omtimes.com/2024/12/2025-a-new-world/. It’s a year to tie up loose ends and release what no longer serves us. You may feel like a huge question mark—a “what now?”—as you let go of old patterns, jobs, or relationships. This is a time of incredible transformation that calls for you to focus on personal growth. Remember what also happened in the last 9 year, 2016, when a legacy was turned over and the world shifted?
The influence of the 9 global year creates an energy of questioning the meaning of life for every day of the year. Watching the news can be painful. Help!!! Okay, breathe. We need to be as stable as we can. A mindful morning ritual Vision Journal can be the opening for you.

This Journal will track your personal vision for the energy of each day in September.
Here’s how to begin your journal each day:
Start with Zero. It represents the unknown—a space of untapped potential and truth—that exists before the busy mind kicks in. It’s the in-between state of your waking life. When you wake up, first thing—even before brushing your teeth—write down any thoughts or feelings you have. You can even write down a dream, if you remember it.
Next, you look at the energy of the day, and write your vision.
Below are brief definitions of each day:
1: The Awakening. This is the first step, the first action, the energy of leadership and bravery. What new thing will you start today?
2: Connection. The 2 energy brings partnership, balance, and cooperation. Who will you connect with today?
3: Creative Communication. Laughter, conversation, creativity in every form. What will you create today?
4: Foundation & Order. This is your grounded, solid, and confident energy. You have the potential to build. What will you build today?
5: Freedom & Adventure. A bold and charismatic energy, full of social interaction. How will you step out of your comfort zone today?
6: Love & Harmony. All about compassion, family, and service—the heart of the matter. How will you make a difference today? Love yourself fiercely!
7: Seeking Wisdom. The energy of introspection and non-conformity. What will you seek out today that is unique to you?
8: Abundance & Power. The number of abundance, karma, and success. How will you take leadership, build, and create wealth in your life?
9: Completion & Transformation. Think of one aspect in your life that you want to shift to be as free and successful as you are.
11: Divine Leadership. Eleven is a master number, so you do not reduce its potency. This occurs on September 2nd, 11th, and 20th. On this day, ask yourself: What can you do today that is bold and out-of-the-box and really makes a difference?
