Yeah, no. I don’t get why my horoscope (Scorpio in Europe and Snake in China) and my ‘soul’ nuumber is 1.
How can antisocial, anxious, and lonely me be a leader when I hate talking to people or go out? So nope, this isn’t my destiny.
Perhaps it is like the song.. one is the loneliest number. Sometimes ones can be in the shadow.. afraid to step out. I have some questions: if a 1 sets a goal based mainly on pride, is it possible it’ll fail or be highly unsatisfying? And if a 1 tries to just do things because it’s responsible (but nothing too inspiring), will a 1 be okay with that?
My destiny number is 1, and, even though it’s a lot of pressure and I have no clue why, people always associated me with leadership and high-achievement. This put a lot of pressure on me but I always felt up to the challenge. When I was 17, I used to be really set on this ideal that I had and felt I could achieve fantastical innovations. For years, I was so gung-ho about it, but then I didn’t know how to progress and felt really insecure… the dream had holes in it too. 8 years later, I kind of came to a halt and felt like I had to give it up (even though it’ll be in the back of my mind).
I think I have a lot of the negative qualities of destiny number 1s, because I’m so stubborn, prideful and hate accepting help. I really dread the idea of having to show humility, too… I feel like I’m saying I’m not as great as others made me out to be, and it’s pretty much unbearable for me to be disappointing.
I wanted this other career path that sounds extremely hard but good for my ego, but I don’t resonate as strongly as I did with my younger self. I don’t feel that sense of wonder and vivre, but do I need to to be successful?

Hi, i’ve been looking everywhere into the reason behind destiny 1 people being exceptional and the best (not second best) at what they do. and I haven’t found the answer(no, not uniquness, original or such) eg. Steve Jobs, Lionel Messi, Shaq Oneal, Lebron James, Eminem.. just to name a few, I mean these guys are considered “GODLY” in their field.
Keep in mind, people with other destiny numbers regardless of achievement can not outperform these destiny 1 people. It seems to be the extraordinary gifts stemming from the “0” (inner gifts) inherent to the destiny 1 people (10/1) or perhaps the “1” (creativity).
Thanks Eric, very astute. However, where I differ in my opinion is that “Ones” are not the most powerful or most exceptional. Everyone is the vehicle to our own destiny. If you have a one, you are leadership prone, but if you do nothing with it, you may tend to feel the shadow… feeling alone, resentful, controlling, or that you can’t get anywhere unless you do everything yourself. The lessons of 1 is clear… allow others in! Do not do everything yourself. Inspire, but not to control and be the know it all. The most successful 1s are like Steve Jobs and Maya Angelou. Their vision and passion is the most important. When they lead from this place, they can succeed.
But this is true of all destinies.. Beyonce has a 3 destiny, 9/4/1981. She is dynamic in her creative expression. Her voice shouts from the rooftop and inspires others. There is no “One most GODLY..” I guess in their thoughts of themselves (ha.. Steve Jobs, Eminem, etc.)
