Hi, your website is great but I challenge the personal year starts your birthday of that given year, runs for twelve months, rather than on January 1st each year?

Some look at it that way. I don’t. To find personal year I always add month and date to current year. This changes January 1st. I do believe that the energy gets very intense around birthday time.

I am confused that you are in a 5 personal year. You listed January 9, 1984, and that is your full birthdate.
To find your personal year, you add the month and day of your birth to the current year which is 2016.
So 1+9+2+0+1+6=19. 1+9=1. You are in a 1 personal year.

A one year can very well be a year of new beginnings, a time of change, so if the job interests you and you feel it a good opportunity, than go for it!
