The original painting, inspired by Ellie Kirk’s magnificent Sanctuary was a labor of love. It began when I took the photo. The view from the lake into the trees was like a vortex of mystery and fairies dancing in the water. My inspiration was to reach that place of unknown potential (numerologically called “zero”). It is a place where all opportunities are possible if you just move past the fear of the unknown.
