I want to share with you two paintings that I created during my Chakra and Painting workshop last week. The illustrations are all about expanding with the creative heart, past my own preconceived notion of what I think of myself as an artist, who I am as a human being, or what I should know.
Using the tools of color and music for each chakra, I found myself transcending to my very essence, kind of like channeling the chakra inside of me.
My wish for you on this day, is a moment that can grow to many moments and many lifetimes of expansion by letting go of the mind. You can do this in so many ways, like through creativity, walks in nature or enlightened talks with close friends.
