What makes Johnny Depp so Unique? It’s in the numbers!
Our numerology celebrity for the month of June is none other than the delightful Johnny Depp.
Depp, who arrived on this planet on June 9, 1963 with the birth name of John Christopher Depp, celebrates his 50th birthday this year. It did not help Johnny to be born in the heartfelt month of June (see post) because his destiny number turns out to be a 7.
Birth Date = June 9, 1963
6+9+1+9+6+3 = 34 (3+4 = 7)
Destiny or Life Purpose is 7.
Seven is the lone wolf, the unique and spiritual soul who has no interest in being like anyone else. No surprise here, as we see his many crazy roles from Edward Scissorhands to a pirate in Pirates of the Caribbean.
It is also no surprise that he changed his name to Johnny, as his birth name has a very serious vibration. See chart below.
With his birth name, Depp’s soul number is 4 (builder and very serious organizer); value system is 7 (spiritual and unique); and expression number is 2 (connecting well with others). This combination gave him a personality who is organized and stable, a bit quirky and a romantic ladies’ man, but does not give him the charisma that we see in him today. In fact, the numbers could conflict as the 4 wants status quo, the 7 wants to be unique and the 2 wants to please everyone. Perhaps this conflict caused some of his bouts with the law in his life.
But lets check out the numbers for Johnny Depp.
Ha, I bet he never wanted to be called John. Speed ahead to Johnny and not only does the name have a zip but the expression is the master number 55 —full of energy, charisma and leadership. Fives are all about entertainment, sex appeal and a connection with their audience. With the double 5, this successful actor and director has a dynamic and influential presence and well, who can take their eyes off of him?
As Johnny, his soul number is a 9, which is all about transformation and the spiritual warrior. He truly walks his own path.

Greer, it would be interesting to find out significant numbers in various peoples lives, rather than just numbers associated with names and birth dates, although it might not be so easy to persuade someone like Depp to provide that information! 🙂 For instance, my destiny number is also 7, I was born on the 16th but the number 16 figures throughout my life (e.g. my parents died on the 16th, several years apart, an old pet died on the 16th, another old pet born on the 16th, etc). Hi Jane,
Yes the 7 is often a very thoughtful spiritual transitional energy. A time to look inward at your life and walk your true path. It is very interesting how the 16 comes up for you. One (new beginnings) and six (compassion, matters of the heart and family) really shows a very intimate connection to moving on for you in a deep 7 (spiritual) way. I don’t know your belief system, but I feel that when we have a loss of a loved one, their soul carries on through us and are with us still, even though we miss them terribly.
I had a similar number in my life that adds to 9 (transition), the number 45. It was my address growing up. When my father was dying, and returned to the hospital that last time, he was put in room 45. I knew that was his last home. I was sad, but not alarmed. I felt peace actually.
I hope you feel the same. When seeing 16, just know it is a transitional spiritual time, of inner reflection in some way. It does not always mean loss (as example, you were born on 16). It is perhaps for you a number to connect inwardly for your answers to what is next in your life. Kind regards, Greer
