Sigh. How shall I speak about the crazy election of 2016 and the controversial candidates, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, in an unbiased approach? I will attempt this examination through the esoteric science of numerology.

2016 is the year of transformation, the 9. (2+0+1+6=9) So what is up for all of us this year is to examine our lives and what needs to change.  So hold on to your seats for this rollercoaster ride of an election. Read more here about the year of transformation.

It is quite interesting, and perhaps surprising, to find both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump numerology charts have similar numerical personalities.  Neither are afraid to be out there in the public eye.  In essence, it is all about the ego. Let’s look at how how Hillary and Donald’s inspiration, life purpose and shadow numbers weave the web in how they approach their lives and their aspirations toward the presidency.

In Numerology, looking at someone’s chart is like looking at a blank canvas.  Numerologists take the number values in a person’s birthday and name to understand the challenges, lessons and journey that each individual has in their lives. Yet two people that are born on the same day, even twins, are never alike. How they walk on their unique life’s path, how they see the world, how they react to situations is up to many factors — upbringing, psychological and emotional lessons just to mention a few.

How Hillary communicates, how she shares her authentic voice to the world, how she connects with people in a creative way, is the drive and lesson of the three destiny.*  The shadow of 3 can also appear as an insecurity or needing to prove your brilliance to others. We see Hillary fumbling at times to connect to her true essence and share it with her potential voters.

1+0+2+6 = 9. Hillary’s inspiration number is a 9.

The nine is all about transformation, all about the bigger purpose and integrity. This view inspires her to share her voice in life and make a difference in the world. We see her illustrating this in her views on education and healthcare.

With a 9 catalyst, If you are not in integrity, then you are in the shadow of your life’s purpose.  It seems as if this is the trigger to how people see Hillary. Do we trust her? is she living in integrity? This is her lesson and also what she needs to show us.  The shadow of 9 is to live in the ego and not see the bigger picture.

I do not envy anyone in politics as you need a healthy ego to even present yourself out in the world in spite of judgments and criticism.

Soul’s Essence, Value system and expression numbers of Hillary Clinton

Seeing the above chart, notice how the numbers in Hillary’s name add to a 5 soul’s essence (who you are), a 5 values system (what you attract) and a one expression number (how you express yourself). Here we see a comparable similarity to Trump. The 5s are not afraid to be out there in the world with people and desires change.  However, with so many 5s, perhaps she does not appear warm and fuzzy and may be a bit aggressive to some? With the one in expression, she is a leader and inspirer.

All these numbers have the shadow’s lesson of the ego. Especially with her 9 inspiration number, she needs to be in check that she comes from integrity and not the ego.

Donald Trump

Donald John Trump, born 6/14/1946.  Now Donald, no surprise, has a strong ego. His Destiny is a 4.

6+1+4+1+9+4+6=31. 3+1 = 4

The 4 is the builder, the organizer, the business man. Fours are great at getting the job done. Other fours are Bill Gates and Oprah Winfrey. The shadow of the four is stubbornness, wanting everything his way. We can see all these qualities in Donald.

Trump’s inspiration number is also no surprise.

6+1+4=11. This is the powerful master number of inspiration and leadership.

The 11 has its own shadow of the ego. How does he choose to inspire? We have seen in history, Ego can be a dangerous shadow if the desire to win is more important than tapping into integrity of the higher purpose.

Trump’s lesson is to inspire and lead in order to build. This is a great illustration of the differences in each person. We can see the success of the entrepreneurs Bill Gates and Oprah Winfrey. Each may come across with big egos, but also have integrity and a desire to help others.

Looking at Donald’s name, how similar to Hillary.. 1/11/3. (see above chart)

Leader, inspirer and creative voice. He surfs through life easily, it seems, without effort sharing his opinion and voice. The difference of the two seems to be that Hillary strives to prove herself while Donald appears to be having fun almost mocking everyone. (uh oh.. was that unbiased?)
